Victory Rush is the digital infrastructure studio that ships what a four-person agency produces — with one engineer and Claude Code. We architect recurring-revenue systems for local and small businesses: custom websites, booking platforms, AI chatbots, and SEO retainers. Every build compounds. Every client gets owned infrastructure, not platform lock-in.

I'm Ray Lanfranco, founder of Victory Rush. Before going independent, I worked at Saatchi & Saatchi — one of the world's largest advertising networks — where I was exposed to how enterprise-level brands think about digital presence, systems, and growth. I left to build something leaner, faster, and closer to the businesses that actually need it.
From there I moved into systems development at Corgan, a global architecture firm, where I built internal dashboards, proposal systems, and workflow automation tools used by teams of 100+. I learned that the difference between a struggling operation and a smooth one is almost always infrastructure.
Now I bring that same thinking to local and small businesses that want to operate at scale without the overhead of a full dev team. I work with a small number of clients at a time — every build gets my full attention and you get a direct line to the person who built your system, not a support ticket queue. Victory Rush isn't just about looking good. It's about building the engine that runs your business.

Victory Rush builds the digital infrastructure that local businesses actually run on. Custom sites, AI chatbots, booking systems, and automation — engineered to convert, retain, and compound. Our mission: turn your digital presence into your hardest-working employee.
